Terms of use
This website presents Sofia Jurčová’s sporting journey and sponsorship opportunities. It is not an online shop. Sponsorship information is an invitation to get in touch; binding cooperation is established through a separate agreement.
Texts, photographs, graphics and marks may be protected by copyright and third-party rights. You may view the content for personal use and share links to these pages. For republication or commercial use, request permission from the rights holder. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
Do not use this website to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access or infringe other people’s rights. Dates, results and plans may change. Confirm current information with the operator for any specific cooperation. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Personal data, purposes and legal bases
Correspondence: when you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and the content of your communication to answer your enquiry and discuss cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Providing these details is voluntary, but we may be unable to reply without them.
Operation and security: technical services may process your IP address, access time, requested URL and browser or device information to deliver the website, resolve errors and protect its operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Statistics: the website uses Google Site Kit with a Google tag and Jetpack services. Analytics tools may process visit, device and interaction data. Optional analytics cookies require prior consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Visiting the website or accepting its terms does not constitute cookie consent.
2. Recipients and international transfers
Hosting, email and technical support providers may process data to the extent necessary to provide their services. Google and Automattic (Jetpack) provide analytics and technical services. Depending on the service, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers require an appropriate legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You may request details of specific transfers and safeguards by email. See also Google’s privacy policy and Automattic’s privacy policy.
3. Retention
Correspondence is retained for the period needed to handle your enquiry and any related cooperation, and longer only where required by law or necessary to protect legal claims. Technical logs are retained according to their security purpose and the provider’s settings. Analytics retention and individual cookie lifetimes depend on the settings of the relevant services. The controller can provide current periods on request.
4. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to contact@freestylesofia.com. We normally respond within one month and will notify you of any lawful extension. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
5. Cookies and consent
Cookies are small items of information stored on your device. Necessary cookies support website operation, security or the storage of your preferences. Analytics cookies measure visits and require voluntary consent. Refusing optional cookies should not restrict access to ordinary website content.
Complianz and WP Consent API are installed for consent management. Installation alone or enabling Google Site Kit Consent Mode does not replace a functioning consent banner. A detailed list of cookies, providers, purposes and lifetimes must reflect the current website scan and configuration.
Optional-cookie consent must allow acceptance, refusal and later changes. You can also contact us to withdraw consent or request information about the current settings. You can delete or block cookies through your browser; this may also remove your saved consent choice.
6. External services and updates
Instagram and Facebook links lead to services operated by Meta. Their own privacy rules apply when you open them. A link itself is not an embedded social widget or consent to those services’ cookies.
We may update this statement when the website or its services change. The current version is published here with its update date. An update does not itself constitute consent to a new processing purpose.
Language selection
On the first visit to the home page without a saved language preference, we ask Automattic’s WordPress.com geolocation service for your country based on your IP address. We use only the country code to select a language, not a precise location. If country detection is unavailable, we use your browser language. Your manual choice takes priority and is stored in your browser’s local storage until you change it or clear the site data. The automatic result is kept only for the browser session. You can avoid this request by opening a language version directly.
